Licensing / Registration
Finder registration with the Pennsylvania Treasury required: notarized application, background attestation, 2-year certificate (72 P.S. §1301.11a).
Fee Cap
15% cap on fees for locating abandoned and unclaimed property (72 P.S. §1301.11).
Waiting Period
Agreements covering property in Treasury custody are restricted during the first 24 months after delivery (72 P.S. §1301.11).
