Fee Cap
15% cap for agreements made 24–36 months after delivery; unconscionable compensation unenforceable at any time (33 M.R.S. §2201).
Waiting Period
Graduated restrictions run from delivery; mineral-proceeds compensation provisions are void outright (33 M.R.S. §2201).
