No license, but claims by finders require a notarized contract and finders must disclose that owners can claim free (KRS 393A.755).
Fee Cap
10% cap on the value of the recoverable property (KRS 393A.755).
Waiting Period
Agreements are unenforceable while the property has been held by the state for less than 24 months (KRS 393A.755).
